All running done from home this morning b15kmcovered  before heading to Narooma for shopping.in the afternoon a second run.

This morning 29km of running a long the coast path before a trip to Narooma before things turned for the worst with a very long delay on the only road to my place with a car crash blocking the road and several ambulance further delaying my return home. I was very lucky getting that 30km done early in the morning.  Back to normal early tomorrow morning fingers crossed.

This morning up before dawn to run 14km  in the dark , weather cloudy, no wind. After the run I braved the traffic jams and drove to moruya and return to food shop. The traffic coordination on the highway is diabolical requiring a lot of patience with very long queue waiting. I will be very happy when things return to normal.

All runs done from home again today with 31km of running all up. In the afternoon a maximum threshold run on my regular hill loop.

All runs done from home this morning . After rain overnight the day was sunny with blue skies. I ran 12km in the morning and another run in the afternoon at maximum threshold on my regular hill loop 

All runs done from home again today in great weather, full sun, no wind. With the weather so good many friends were out enjoying the weather. In the afternoon a maximum threshold run on my regular hill loop 

This morning a long walk with munchkin The border Collie under a bright full moon. Weather cool to warm, no wind. After a short break while we waited for first light and resumed the running again with a solo threshold run from home.

All runs done from home this morning with no wind and clear skies. 20km for the morning. Tomorrow I will relocate south to Narooma when I will be dog minding for the weekend.

Yesterday evening a vigorous  storm cell and associated heavy rain passed through Narooma. Bringing an end to our weekend journey. In the morning I drove back home in time to join my Tuross friends  on our usual walk on chilly weather. In the afternoon a second run.
