Thunderstorms everywhere
This morning a nother drive to Narooma for shopping and a walk around the golf course with munchkin The border Collie. We completed 7km in recent weather before a set of severe thunderstorms rolled over Narooma. A quick phone call found us some shelter until the storm s passed. When the storms were done we grabbed our shopping for the day and headed home. will start a new day of exercise tomorrow and begin again. Today a write off for exercise, I'll watch the cadel Evans great ocean road race instead of the end live stream.back at home and inspired by the cycling I got out there for a maximum threshold run on my hill loop.
