AIS Track : 3200m

I have been listening my body for a week. It has been telling me it needs rest and is very lethargic. Today I jogged 4.5km to the track, no strides, very windy and wore the marathon shoes. 3200m starting very slow (3:35/km) and finishing at 3:20/km. Jogged 4.5km home. Jogged 4km with Bella. I went through 3000m in around 10:15.

Tomorrow will be another long recovery day. On Thursday I hope to do something more intense if the body is willing. The ankle seems much better. Very sure it is hamstring/back related. Total for the last 7 days around 120km.
