Lactate Intervals

Just me for a lactate session, especially for the 800m club championships.  Progressive 6x200m, 50sec jog rec (33.5, 33.4, 32.3, 31.9, 31.6, 31.1)+33.1 with GT who turned up after I had done my set. GT went 33.1,37,37,37 approx, longer recovery. Sorry for the quick first one gt, made you suffer.

That's it, hit 120km for the week tmoz. Don't have to do any more than 12km a day until after nationals. Just racing and training hard.
