Well I didn't really expect a great result today having missed the Tuesday session due to hail. Talking to my friends they all made it up later in the week so I must be soft.

A comparison of the Victorian and ACT results held on the same day makes me happy. In reality a similar course. Stromlo more manicured, Bundoora more chance of bog and long grass, Stromlo a more working course (almost never flat), Bundoora a lot of straight and non-technical sections. Pretty= 

I was very proud of Helen, Steve and Keith today, very hard workers, ran excellent, very proud (I repeat).

Next stop GCHM.

Heavy rain with Gale Force Winds Overnight and continuing today. This weather system should move off the coast in a day or two. Today just indoor training with the odd walk outside to get food at the local store. Tour de France commences this weekend in Lille. Even though I've run over most of the stages over previous years I still get excited every year when it comes around again. The weather today here is very similar to when I visited Lille in 2014 for the Grand depart, cold, miserable and still excited to be there. I got out there for a second Fast Paced run this afternoon on my HillLoop. No change in the weather and another 15km done for the day.
