Long Run : 5 x 3 minute hills

Oh well back to training again. Only did 1km yesterday, iced the ankle for two days at work...no ibuprofen, no voltaren, no side effects, no asthma, no nothing.

The ankle inflammation has subsided muchly. Ran 85 minutes through the Arboretum after work including 5 x 3 minute efforts on the steep hills, 1 minute jog recovery. Felt quite good although a little too cold for my liking still.

So it is back to ON program. More icing, good shoes and soft, stable surfaces should help me keep the good form I know I have already. Thursday I will reassure myself of that at Stromlo with a 2km effort.
