Recovery Week ; Keith in Pictures

After a big weekend of racing and training a few days active recovery (easy runs, volume no change) to prepare for another race on Sunday. I'll only do one session (5000m paced intervals) and wait for good weather to do it (maybe Wednesday or Thursday). The handicap race 9.3km and very hilly includes a massive climb 3km from the finish followed by a fast descent on fire trail. I'll be aiming to win from scratch as the course suits me.
