Golf Course Hill Intervals 17km
A change in weather yesterday afternoon, cold and windy this morning, best to stay away from the beach. Today the 17km run sheltered from the elements on the golf course pushing hard on all the hills.
Rain Event Continues ; Indoor Training ; Tour de France Begins this Weekend with start and finish in Lille
Heavy rain with Gale Force Winds Overnight and continuing today. This weather system should move off the coast in a day or two. Today just indoor training with the odd walk outside to get food at the local store. Tour de France commences this weekend in Lille. Even though I've run over most of the stages over previous years I still get excited every year when it comes around again. The weather today here is very similar to when I visited Lille in 2014 for the Grand depart, cold, miserable and still excited to be there. I got out there for a second Fast Paced run this afternoon on my HillLoop. No change in the weather and another 15km done for the day.
