Long Intervals : Stromlo

Out at stromlo, almost all of us (k,psw,tush,sb,vh)long intervals, 1 minute recovery between efforts, all whole or part there of 6,5,4,3,2,1 minute efforts.

H 3km with 200m break trot every 1km lap.

Of me: 6,5,4,3,2 minute efforts@5km/10km pace.
