Pace Intervals : Lactate Intervals

On track, a warm morning, two groups.

Group 1: 3 x 1000m @ 3000m pace approx kt, kathy, tori, kirsten, helen (still recover from the one hour)

Group 2: One effort paced @ 84 sec a lap. Em to 900m, Heidze to 1100m.  Then a step down: 400m@19, 300m@18, 200m@17/100m, 1 min recovery between efforts.

Of me: Just pacing the Group 2.
