Long Intervals

Isaacs Ridge again, 4 x 5-6 minute intervals, a minute of so recovery between efforts. 18 and 2 dogs made the coffee and biddles, a couple less for the training.

After a big night for the birthday girls a little hard to get started on time. Nothing like a hard session and brunch to wash down the seediness. Serivce was great, they even let us do feet painting:-)
