Pacing Intervals

On track, humid, wet, windy. The session: 1000m warm up at 3km-5km pace. 2000m at 3km-5km pace. Only 5 of us on track. Everybody quicker than Thursday's 3km or 5km effort. Minnie on the outside some longer intervals, the dog tied up crying.

Brunch at Black Pepper. Need to practice our coffee ordering.

Of me: 1000m 6:09, 2000m 6:21...all nice and relaxed, working hard into the wind.
