Short Intervals: Track Pacing Session

My first interval session on track in quite a few weeks. 4 laps jog bends, 20,19,18 second 100m on straights. 2 * 1000m 314, 315. 200m 33, 300m, 400m. To be honest I didn't feel great with heavy legs from all the hard training and not running at this speed for a while.

It is always a rush to get up to speed again for City2Surf after the European break. I am very fit, weight is good but not very fast. Things should be better next week and I stand by my mid to high 47s prediction for race day all being well.
