Bois de Boulogne Recovery Run 95 minutes

Cool this morning surprisingly. I kept it that way by running in the forest well away from the sun. An easy paced run trying out some new trails I hadn't run on yet. There are many.

Nothing left to do now is eat, sleep and wait for Tour de France to start on the TV.
