Stromlo XC Intervals 4 x 100m, 2 x 200m, 5 x 500m

Lunch time run at Stromlo XC Circuits. Weather cloudy, cool and very windy. The set: Warm up, 4 x 100m, 2 x 200m, 5 x 500m with 500m recovery. 500m Splits:3:16/km,3:00/km,2:58/km,2:52/km,2:50/km. 9km warm down followed the set, 17km for the day, 120km for the week.
