Beach Intervals 2 x 1km, 10 x 200m

Rain and wind stopped overnight, sunny morning run to the beach for an interval session on low tide. The set 2 x 1km, 10 x 200m. A long warm down, 20km for the day. I'll continue the short interval sets at race until Thursday, then easy runs with strides until Saturday when I make the road trip north for the Sydney 10kn Road Race.
