Local 11km Run ; Glasshouse Rocks Beach Intervals 3 x 1km ; 2km Warm Down ; Taper Mode

Early Morning 11km run from home before heading to Glasshouse Rocks Beaches for a set of 3 x 1km Intervals at low tide Racing Munchkin the Border Collie. Back at home a 2km warm down.It's just 8 days Until I head to Sydney to prepare the the Sydney Half Marathon on the 14th of September. Just easy runs and short leg speed Intervals Until Then.

Morning Run 12km ; 6km Recovery Run ; Vuelta Espana Stage 11 Times Taken with 3km to Go

A cool morning run of 12km followed by a 6km Recovery Run. I am now in Taper Mode with just short leg speed intervals and recovery runs and just 10 days until I race the Sydney Half Marathon. I watched La Vuelta Espana Stage 11 last evening which was cut short due to protests near the stage Finish In BilBao and times taken with 3km to go. Stage 12 is a 143 km route starting in Laredo and finishing in Los Corrales de Buelna.

Morning 8km Run ; 10km Hill Loop ; 10 Days Until Half Marathon Race Day ; Short Recovery Run ; Taper Begins

Early start to the day, an 8km Run as a warm up for my 10km Hill Loop. A short recovery run and stretching. Taper Begins for my Half Marathon next Sunday.

Local Warm Up Run 10km ; Glasshouse Rocks Beaches 3km(2 x 1500M) ; 6km Warm Down ; 10km Hill Loop

A very cold morning to start the day, 10km Warm Up before moving to Glasshouse Rocks Beaches, Today racing Munchkin and Milli The Border Collies as 1.5km out and 1.5km Back on firm, fast sand. Weather warmer than earlier in the day, Full Sun although Dark Clouds Gathering on the hills. I expect rain this evening. In the afternoon 10km on my Hill Loop, Possibly my last big session before the Half Marathon in Sydney, just 11 days away and I'll start tapering this week.
