Training update: After 7 weeks of consistent high volume training I added a hill session into the daily mix last week. The climb at 2km in length goes to the highest point in town, all on a traffic free path. After a warm up I've been running at maximum threshold, recovery down to the boathouse cafe and return home. This session is always done in the afternoon on most days.
