Stromlo XC Hill Intervals : 3 x 400m Hills

Pouring today at Stromlo for a short set to prepare for a 1500m on Thursday. The set: 3000m warm up, 5 x 100m hill strides, 3 x 400m Hills with jog back recovery, 3000m warm down.

Splits: (Myself)72, 70, 69. (Helen) 105, 94, 92. Helen weighed her shoes and wet clothes at 2kg 876 grams after the session.

This afternoon a short recovery run.
