Stromlo XC Intervals 2 x 600m, 400m recovery

Back at Stromlo this afternoon for the set circumstances wouldn't allow yesterday. Weather was perfect with blue skies, no wind, cool.

The set very short, only 5km today and yesterday. 2km warm up including 4 x 100m strides, 2 x 600m with 400m recovery, 1km warm down. Splits: 1:48,1:43.

Tomorrow night 5000m track, Sunday morning Half Marathon, light jogging in between.
