Long Hilly Recovery Run ; 6 x 150m Strides

Sunday was a group recovery run on hilly train of around 17km mostly on bush trails. Monday a lunchtime 6 x 150m strides at around 3:00-2:50/km on grass, 4km including warm up and warm down. Afternoon run of 11km to make 15km for the day.

I'll touch race pace on Tuesday and Thursday with short intervals and a tempo run.
