Long Trails Recovery Run 1hr53m

Sunday morning long recovery run with Jen. Weather cool, partly cloudy, windy. We ran a loop on mostly forest trail, over Butters Bridge and returned through Stromlo and beyond on bike path. Jen and I haven't seen each other for months, plenty to talk about.

This week I'll aim to get one set done and a series of time trials. Weather looks best on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tentative plan: Tuesday 4 x 800m XC intervals. Wednesday 5000m. Thursday 1500m. Saturday 8000m XC. This will closely replicate Australian Masters Athletics Championships program that has been cancelled.
