Pre-Dawn Beach Tempo Run 15km ; 10km Recovery Run with Dog

Started this mornings run in the dark with a 3km Warm up followed by a 15km Tempo Run at low tide as soon as there was enough light. Super Bowl on this morning, great to get most of the running done early. I did a recovery run with the dog after the session, 25km for the day. Next set tomorrow, long Step Down Intervals.
