Pre-Parkrun Session 17km incl 6 x 300m, 10 x 100m Strides

Cool morning at the beach for a set of strides and some easy running to keep the body moving for Parkrun tomorrow. The Set: 3km warm up, 6 x 300m, 10 x 100m strides, long warm down. 17km all up for the day.
