Stomlo XC Long Run including Threshold

21km at Stromlo. 2km warm up, 14km at Lower Threshold, 5km jog warm down for long run #14.

Resumed pushups today, first set since the broken ribs. 100 done at double the normal effort.

100 days to Marathon de Paris. :-)
