1500m Set : 10 x 200m, 200m jog recovery

Almost identical set to Tuesday. On grass 10 x 200m efforts in 33-34 seconds with 200m jog recovery in 50 seconds. Once again too low for a lactate set, just keeping the 1500m speed ticking over.

One week to go to Australian Masters Athletics Championships. Next session in ACT Masters 8000m XC at Stromlo XC Circuit on Saturday.
