1500m Set : 4 x 200m, 600m, 400m, 60 seconds jog recovery

On grass my last set before Australian Masters Athletics Championships in Darwin. The set: 3km warm up, 4 x 200m(31-32)+600m(1:45)+400m(65), 6km warm down.

Tomorrow a short tempo run at 10000m pace. Just strides and jogging until Friday and the 10000m. All is good.
