Stromlo XC Intervals 3 x 1000m
Very warm Monday morning with no wind at Stromlo for a set with Helen. The set: Warm up, 5 x 100m strides, 3 x 1000m efforts, warm down. Splits for Helen 4:30s-4:40s. Splits for me: 3:41,3:28,3:21 (wearing training shoes). All up 14km for the morning. An easy jog in the afternoon to loosen up.
