Parkrun Road Trip 5 x 3 Minutes, 1 Minute Recovery

Today a Road Trip South to run a short session of 5 x 3 Minutes, 1 minute jog recovery. Saturday Parkrun. Weather cloudy, cool, some light drizzle. Weather was fine at home earlier.
