Long Recovery Run 20km

This morning a long run to the beach and back. It was mostly on road until the beach, not the most scenic way there I'm sure.

I'll try a session tomorrow morning before I start heading home via a couple of flights and driving. I will treat similar to a 600m set on grass. 5 x 2 minute efforts with 2 minutes jog recovery.

Sunday is XC handicap with ACT Masters, around 9km I think. I'll be going full gas, first race of the season.
