Lunch Time Run 20km incl 12 x 200m Strides

Rain overnight and a very late low tide, a delayed start to the run until lunch time. A steady loop from home along the bay and beaches before hitting my favourite session beach just before low tide. The set included 12 x 200m Strides with short recovery, similar to yesterday. Plenty of hills along the way. In coming days a couple of short time trials to find some form for Parkrun on Saturday.
