Morning 6.5km run from home before heading to Glasshouse Rocks Beaches for a set of 2 x 1500m efforts racing Munchkin the Border Collie. While we were in the area we took a visit to the seal colony and spotted many whales off the coast. It looks like peak whale return migration is coming closer.

Morning 5km run from home before heading to Glasshouse Rocks Beaches for a set of 6 x 400m Beach Intervals racing Munchkin the Border Collie. Weather Fine and warm early before turning windy with some rain showers. Back at home a 1km warm down jog. My race Bib for Sydney Half Marathon Arrived in the mail a couple of days ago. It's just 2 weeks Until Race Day and I've completed may training Preparation. I'll Begin to taper off the volume in a couple of days while still maintaining Intensity in Key Workouts.

Morning 11km run from home before heading to Glasshouse Rocks for a set of 2 x 1km Beach Intervals. Weather cool and calm early, full sun, windy as the day progressed. We had to cut the session short at Glasshouse Rocks with Two White Bellied Sea Eagles circling above looking for food and Munchkin the Border Collie would have made a Bite Sized Snack. This Morning I spotted a Humpback Whale Breaching off the Point, close to shore. There Will be Many more whales passing by soon.I spent the night watching the Vuelta Stage 6 and a summit finish in Andorra. The Town Centre has grown substantially since I was last there and great to See Jay Vine Claim his 3rd Grand Tour solo win to the Summit on his Wet Home Roads.

Morning 10km run from home before heading to Glasshouse Rocks Beaches for a set of 2 x 3km Beach Intervals Racing Munchkin and Milli The Border Collies. Weather Windy, Full Sun.Last evening I spent Watching Stage 5 of La Vuelta, A Time Trial which started and Finished In Figueres Spain at 4 Minute Intervals and speeds up to 57KM/Hour.Team Red Bull Lost an early rider in a nasty crash and the team of Felix Gall had a mediochre ride with Gall losing the Leaders Red Jersey to VingeGaard. Team UAE had the fastest ride in winning the stage.The riders will next race in the Mountains of Andorra in stage 6 with a 171km Route starting in Olot and finish in PAL.Andorra.

This morning strong warm destructive Winds from the north were along the coast and dangerous to be out there at times. I ran twice with runs of 2.5km and 4.5km before heading to Glasshouse Rocks looking for more sheltered conditions. I got out there again in the afternoon for My 10km Hill Loop,Once again sitting right on my Maximum Threshold.

Spring appears to be here on the Coast with blossoms out and Snakes on the Move including a Red Bellied Black Snake. I ran 9km this morning and a 10km run on my Hill Loop planned in the afternoon.

Another Frantic Exciting Stage in La Vuelta Espana Stage 3 With David Gaudu taking the fastest route Up Hill from the final Corner, Sneaking up the Inside to claim a magnificent Victory with Jonas Vingegaard keeping the Red Jersey, a little surprised with Gaudu's Final well timed Burst.

Jonas Vingegaard claims first Mountain Stage and Leaders red jersey coming out of the fog to pinch the win by a tyres width on the Line despite crashing on a roundabout where many riders fell like Skittles on a wet surface (and a loose dog on the road earlier) in a gripping Finale in the final kilometre.Only 12 seconds separate the top riders. All Runs done from home today. In the Morning a 7km Run as a warm up for my 10km Hill Loop which was run in Light Drizzle. Despite the Slippery Conditions I maintained My Maximum Threshold for the entire run.
