Stromlo XC Intervals 3 x 600m, 400m recovery

Weather very windy, cool to cold with wind chill. Just Helen and myself. Kathy and Geoff earlier. The set: Warm up, 5 x 100m strides, 3 x 600m efforts with 400m jog recovery, warm down.

Splits: 1:57,1:47,1:46. Happy with that given the wind. This afternoon an easy recovery run, 17km for the day.
