Stromlo XC Intervals 4 x 600m, 400m recovery

This morning very early at Stromlo to avoid heat and wind. The set: Warm up, 5 x 100m strides, 4 x 600m efforts (1:58,1:52,1:50,1:46) with 400m recovery, warm down. This afternoon a long recovery run to make 130km last 7 days.

Also on track was Steve doing 3 x 600m efforts (1:48,1:49,1:52) his best set this season interrupted by a plover, me a WOMBAT! He crossed the cycling criterium track and moved on.
