Stromlo XC Intervals 3 x 500m , 500m jog recovery, 1000m 3:06

Cold and windy, full sun at Stromlo XC circuits. A short set to get my legs going at 3:10/km or quicker, 10km race next Saturday. The set: 3 x 500m, 500m jog recovery (1:35,1:30,1:30),1km recovery, 1000m 3:06(132,134), 8km wam down, 17km for the day, 124km this week. Next sets on Tuesday and Thursday, long intervals.
