Hill Loop 6km, One Mile Maximum Threshold Run

Great weather for a morning run and session. Today a 6km warm up over a hilly loop, 4 X 400m strides and a maximum threshold One Mile effort. Intended warm down to the beach and back, 18km for the day, 125km last 7 days. A low volume day on Friday, only 12km. Saturday Parkrun.
