Girls at Stromlo : Short XC Intervals

Rest day for myself and Steve after 3 hard days out of 4. We rolled around Stromlo chatting mid-afternoon before the girls did their set.

The set: 2500m warm up, 4 x 100m up hill (tail wind), 600m, 400m, 300m, 300m, 500m at around 4:00/km. Helen was better today having rested yesterday, Kathy a little fatigued. I did the pacing.

Steve and I do our set tomorrow on track. Will have to see what the weather brings. Pace will be no slower than 3:10/km down to 2:40/km.
