secret blog for killing track and Parkrun PBs ; rain event

This morning I woke to a soggy  day with overnight rain and drizzle with strong winds, I put on the rain jacket and ran out and back on the local coast path before retiring back to the warm dry home. Little chance of driving today to get food, the local shop was good enough to supply the basics. By late afternoon the weather had cleared enough to get out for a maximum threshold run on my regular hill loop. Fingers crossed for better weather next Saturday at Parkrun.
