Threshold Runs : Power Hills

With rain predicted running to and from work was the go today. In made the runs in both directions as threshold efforts around 4:00/km...I had new shoes to wear in.

On the return it was raining and miserable. I ran all the hills hard which varied between 20-100 seconds, threshold in between. Minimal ankle favouring today especially when it warmed up. The total from both directions was 74 minutes.

Next session will be Thursday on track, 5 x 800m with 1-2 minutes jog recovery. Looking for all the efforts between 2:35-2:39.
