One Session Can Make The Difference...but three is better

One session we carry all the way through the year is our Saturday session. It evolves through the training blocks in a well disciplined process. If you take any championship race and break it down, where there are more than 2-3 at a similar level, we see the end game played out time and time again...and it is trainable if you know how.
