Early at Stromlo XC circuit with Steve. The set: Warm up, 5 x 100m strides, 3 x 600m efforts with 400m recovery, warm down.

Splits: Steve 1:53,1:50,1:48 (Steve's quickest this build up). Me 1:53,1:44,1:42.

Keith ran 4 x 400m (75,75,74,74) and 2 x 200m (36,35)on grass track.
