Stromlo XC Intervals 2000m,1500m,1000m,500m
Saturday morning group session at Stromlo XC circuits. Weather cold, pea soup fog, track wet and slippery. The set: 2500m warm up, 5 x 100m strides, 2000m,1500m,1000m,500m with 2 minutes recovery. Speed started at 3:28/km working down to 3:02/km. Gabe, Helen and Mia all pushed each other throughout. I ran solo.
