Beach Fartlek Session 20 Minutes

Low tide not in until lunch, I split the running into two. Morning run through the golf course in full sun,  then along the estuary and home, 10km. Lunch time Fartlek session of 20 minutes (as 10x250m, short jog recovery) on the beach at low tide plus warm up and warm down. 24km for the day. Afternoon rain and lightning expected. Next session tomorrow, long intervals.
