Stromlo XC : 2000m Tempo

The good news: 2000m tempo even paced 6:43 (roughly=6:23 on track and around 33:30 shape for 10km). Felt pretty good in the cool of the afternoon.

The bad news: I have some inflammation in the troublesome left ankle. I will need lots of ice to get through to City2Surf and some very easy days. Still planning to do another 2000m tempo on Thursday.

After City2Surf may have to take another short break and start from scratch again.
