Black Mountain Running Commute 2 x 8km ; Steve Tempo 10km

On Monday a running commute over Black Mountain saddle to work and back on forest trails. Legs a little sore from the downhill sections in City2Surf, otherwise OK. I'll take a week of active recovery before getting back into structured training again.

Steve this week ran a 10km tempo at 4:09/km with a middle 5km section at 4:01/km. Next set for Steve are 6 x 3 minute efforts at a faster pace.
