Stromlo XC Intervals 4 X 500m

Chilly Monday morning session at Stromlo XC circuits to regain the leg speed after a day of slow running. The normal set of 4 X 500m strides with 500m recovery. Splits: 1:57, 1:41,1:36,1:32. A long warm up and warm down, 17km for the day. No Parkrun this weekend, I am busy. Instead on Wednesday BBQ Stakes 6km hilly maximum threshold run. If the weather holds out I should post my fastest run on the course this year.
