Low Tide Beach Intervals 2km, 2 x 1km ; 1500m Hill Threshold Run

We have rain on the coast for another week, thunderstorms too. Like yesterday get out there in between squalls, keep the training volume up, long intervals to keep progressing the running form. This morning down to the beaches on grass and forest trails for a run at low tide including a set of long intervals as 2km, 2 x 1km, 4 x 100m strides to complete the set, warm down. In the afternoon maintain my routine 1500m hill at threshold with warm up and warm down, 18km for the day. I'm currently sitting on 125km for this week.
