Long Intervals : 5 x 3 minutes
For most still recovering from Melbourne some slow running (or walking). For a few of us 5 x 3 minutes on, 1 minute recovery, quite hard for me and easier for some.
Brunch was at Tilleys, polling day with news crew, voters and politicians as we arrived.
