Sunny Day Split Sessions 4 x 800m, 1 x 2km Hill

Beautiful sunny day, I split training in two. Morning run by the water, in the afternoon beach intervals of 4 X 800m, 200m recovery at low tide followed by a 2km maximum threshold effort up from the beach. 20km for the day, 132km last 7 days.
