Early morning set down to the beaches and back at low tide including a set of 10x200m beach leg speed intervals. Full sun and wind from the south. Intervals done in both directions with short recovery. Splits(min/km)3:28,3:19,3:12,3:10,3:07,3:02,2:57,3:02,2:57.3:02.
Long recovery run, 22km for the day, 135km this week. Still wet in Canberra for Steve, a set of 10x1minute efforts with 1 minute recovery. All efforts low 3mins/km.
